Terms of Use

Effective June 10, 2026. Draft pending review by Recalde Law Firm, P.A.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated for Recalde Law Firm, P.A., 1111 Brickell Avenue, 10th Floor, Miami, FL 33131 (the "Firm", "we", or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Attorney advertising

This Site is attorney advertising. It is published to provide general information about the Firm and about bankruptcy law in Florida. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements. We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

2. No legal advice

The content on this Site, including all pages, guides, articles, calculators, and assessments, is general information about the law. It is not legal advice about your situation, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney who has reviewed your specific facts. Bankruptcy outcomes depend on individual circumstances, and laws, court fees, income figures, and deadlines change. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

3. No attorney-client relationship

Using this Site, reading its content, submitting a form, completing an online assessment, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not create an attorney-client relationship with the Firm. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and the Firm sign a written engagement agreement. Until that happens, do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site, and do not assume the Firm is taking any action to protect your rights or meet any deadline on your behalf.

4. Fees and costs

Any references on this Site to free assessments, free consultations, or fee arrangements describe preliminary services only. Court costs and filing fees may apply and are explained in writing before any case begins. All fee arrangements are confirmed in a written engagement agreement before any representation starts.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, probe or breach its security, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it to transmit malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to the Firm and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services, including a client intake portal and the Firm's main website. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. A link does not imply endorsement of any third party.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
